Mobility -
- Spend 20 mins working on your mobility for running please
Conditioning -
10 rounds - Row 400m / Run 400m - Time each round
Rest - 2 mins between each round
- Push hard guys this should be a real challenge
- 0 transition time between the rows and runs
Strength -
Cluster - Squat Clean Thruster -
10 rounds - On every 90 sec
- 2 REPS
- Increment up each round - hit your best double for the day.
Recovery -
Swim - 2x 200m, 4x 100m, 8x 50m rest 1min between each distance and 30 sec on each set.
Ice Bath - 9-12min
