| - Run / Sprint 30m - Moderate weight sled 70kg / 50kg |
| Snatch - EMOM - 1 rep - for 12mins - Start at around 70% of 1rm then Increase load each set. | ||

| GHD Sit Up - 5x25 - Weighted for advanced athletes (no more than 6kg Med ball) |
| Push up - 5x12 - use rings - weighted vest if you find theses easy | ||

| Pull up - 5x 12 strict weighted - rest 2 mins between each set | ||

| Dips - 5x 12 - rings - strict weighted | ||
