Strength -
- Day 1 - CRX Russian strength program - call me if you havent received it yet.

Push press - 10x3 Increase load each set - lift on every 90 sec.
Conditioning -
- 30mins
Prowler Push - On every 90 sec
- Run / Sprint 30m - Moderate weight sled 70kg / 50kg
Olympic Lifting -
Snatch - EMOM - 1 rep - for 12mins - Start at around 70% of 1rm then Increase load each set.

Core Training -
GHD Sit Up - 5x25 - Weighted for advanced athletes (no more than 6kg Med ball)
Gymnastic Strength -
Push up - 5x12 - use rings - weighted vest if you find theses easy
------ -
Pull up - 5x 12 strict weighted - rest 2 mins between each set
------ -
Dips - 5x 12 - rings - strict weighted
------ -
Super Set - Any or all of the above
Points of performance -
