| Clean N Push Jerk - Ladder - 60/70/80/90/100 Loads are a guide (if you are a heavy hitter work up to your 1rm in 5 lifts) | ||
| - Miss a lift or a weight you choose - perform 25 lateral bar burpees than call time. |
