- Post 16.4 recovery session - 1. Row 2k steady state - 2. Swim for 20mins to 30mins roll the shoulders over - 3. Run steady state 3k. - 4. Ice bath for 9-12 mins - 5. Stretch for 1hr

- If you are re attempting 16.4 Monday - Body spanner and triggerpoint release. Take the time to prepare the body well for your 2nd and last attempt. *No one is to perform this a 3rd time. Your time will be better focused on training for 16.5 Cheers Coach.
