Pre Exhaust / Skill development -
6 Rounds -
Prowler Push - 60m - heavy sled - keep moving though
Bar muscle-ups - 6 reps - increase or decrease reps as needed - push to just before failure each round
Rest - No more than 30sec
Core Training -
5 Rounds -
GHD Sit Up - 15 reps
Wall walks - 5 reps
