- If you are going again on 16.2 Monday ensure you do something different to improve your score this might be as simple as sleeping more the night before or having a different strategy

- For me my goal on Monday is to hit T2B each round 12/8/5
- Double unders the same
- 84kg cleans Im hitting them at a more controlled pace and hold a tighter midline hopefully then get to the 102kg cleans and the power the first rep then attempt to FS it
