| Double unders - Shoot for a relaxed unbroken pace | ||
| Squat clean - Men single reps for the 61kg - dump each rep to save grip | ||
| Squat clean - Women - possibly complete TNG reps for the first round depending on your ability. Single reps are fine though |

| - My advice is to not be shy in the first round or 2 - to get to the heavier loads you will need to move your backside | ||
