Warm Up -
Airdyne - Row or run steady state for 10mins
Mobility -
- 30mins - 1 hr working on any niggles
- Move for 20mins - hit as many movements as you like and dial in your Range of motion and execution of each movement at speed without sacrificing form
Conditioning -
- 16.1
- Watch the movement and strategy that I put together on FB at around Midday
- Practice the WOD for 2-3 rounds once its released if your doing it on Saturday
Recovery -
- If you perform 16.1 today spend quality time stretching and a 20min flush on the airdyne or hit the pool if you have access to one.
- Ice bath 9-12 mins
