| Airdyne - Row or run steady state for 10mins |
| - 30mins - 1 hr working on any niggles | ||
| - Move for 20mins - hit as many movements as you like and dial in your Range of motion and execution of each movement at speed without sacrificing form |
| - 16.1 | ||
| - Watch the movement and strategy that I put together on FB at around Midday | ||
| - Practice the WOD for 2-3 rounds once its released if your doing it on Saturday |
| - If you perform 16.1 today spend quality time stretching and a 20min flush on the airdyne or hit the pool if you have access to one. | ||
| - Ice bath 9-12 mins |
