Aerobic -
5 Rounds - Row 500m - rest 2 mins between each round - goal pace 1:45/1:55
Conditioning -
Nate - 20min AMRAP
- Find a mate and alternate movements - have some fun with this one
- As a team a good score for this is 35 rounds if you are proficient and transition fast.
Strength -
Back squat -
- 3x7 @ 85%
- 3x2 @ 90-95%
Recovery -
Run - 5k steady state - wear a vest if you have one.
Mobility -
- Stretch everything - spend 1-2hrs on the body please
Points of performance -
- Scale Nate if needed - 4 Chest to bar pull ups / 2 Wall Walks / Load on the Kbs
