Olympic Lifting -
Snatch - 3x3 @75%, 2x2 @80%

Clean N Jerk - On every 2 mins - 10 rounds (1x Clean + 2x Split jerks) Build to a challenging set at round 6 and hold the same weight from there to the end
Conditioning -
Airdyne - Tabata - 8 rounds - 20 sec on 10 sec off - (calories)
Strength -
Front squat -
- 3x7 @ 70%-75% - Pause for 2 sec at the bottom of the squat - reduce load if this is to challenging at that percentage
- 2x2 @85%-90% - No Pause please
